Officers Neece & Norton were dispatched to the 300 blk. of Polk on report of a fight with weapons. Ofc. Neece arrived to find 2 males physically fighting. He separated them & told them to sit on the curb, but one jumped into a white car AND began to speed away in reverse

Denver Police are investigating a shooting in the 1200 Block of S Quieto Way. One victim has been transported to a local hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
The victim's injuries appear to be non life threatening. An adult male has been taken into custody and will be held for investigation of Aggravated Assault. The investigation remains ongoing at this time
