The Code Red notification sent to residents in the area of Fox Run Cir & and Fox Run Pkwy has expired. There has been a shooting but it is believed the suspect has left the area and there is no threat to the public at this time. Please avoid the area while officers investigate

#DPD was executed a search warrant in the 5900 block of W Hampden Ave related to an open investigation. The adult male suspect also had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. After attempting to contact the person, SWAT officers were outside the residence and heard gunshots
